Dr. Bryen A. Bell, D.C., B.S., B.Sc. | TPC Clinic Co-Director
At the age of 20, Dr. Bryen A. Bell experienced a life-changing event. While competing in collegiate Rugby, Dr. Bell injured his neck and was told by his neurologist that he would have to live with an "incurable neurological condition." When no traditional doctors or traditional medical procedures helped, he sought out the expert advice of a Corrective Chiropractic Doctor. After a detailed exam, x-rays and a series of corrective spinal adjustments aimed at removing pressure off the spinal nerves, Dr. Bell's condition had started to resolve. Today, with regular and consistent chiropractic wellness care and a lifestyle prevention plan, he is able to fully enjoy his family, friends and his practice. Because he took the extra step and saw the right specialist, Dr. Bell no longer suffers from what he was told was "incurable." Reducing nerve interference by gradually and safely aligning the spine not only improved his overall health and healing, but proved to be pivotal for his career path. As a result of his experience, Dr. Bell has dedicated himself to making non-drug solutions the first choice in health care. Dr. Bell formerly owned and operated the award-winning BAC To Health Chiropractic Lifestyle located in Brentwood and Beverly Hills, California. He also served his local community at the Academy, Beverly Hills as the Director of Health Services and Sports Performance. In the summer of 2013, he and his family moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to open a state-of-the art, fully computerized corrective care family wellness center in Beaverton.
Dr. Bell is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician in excellent standings. His sports rehab and family practice focuses on health and wellness through maintenance and prevention, rather than waiting for a health crisis such as pain, disability or disease to occur. Dr. Bell's success and philosophy of staying healthy revolves around the six laws of the human body: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Alignment, Mindset and Stress-management (DREAMS). Dr. Bell has been established as one of the very best in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and now, Beaverton, OR through corporate and group lectures, community wellness programs, excellent reputation and great individual/family results. Dr. Bell has been featured on Fine Living, the Style Network and the TLC Cable Network as one of the nation's Top Wellness Specialists. He treats many local professional and amateur athletes, as well as many children and families. He is loved by his patients not only for his skills and professionalism, but also for his warm, caring nature and attention to detail. Dr. Bell received his undergraduate degree from top-rated University of Portland in Business Management (B.S.), and his Chiropractic Degree (D.C.) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (B.Sc.) from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles campus.
In his free time, Dr. Bell enjoys spending quality time with his family and two beautiful children. He stays active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (current BJJ blue belt), taekwondo (current TKD black belt), mountain biking, CrossFit, fly-fishing, watching rugby, community health talks and traveling.

Lola | TPC Licensed Massage Therapist
Lola is a kind, lovable and driven young women born and raised in our wonderful state of Oregon. She loved growing up in both the city and the country, getting the best of both worlds. As a toddler in 1998, she was adopted by her foster mother who raised her and taught her to heal her aches and pains in her free time. In turn they built a much closer bond. Over the years she built up the strength to massage and a liking to it as she learned the importance of it. Lola came to find that massage therapy would be a fitting career for her. Right after high school in 2014 she attended University of Western States in Portland, Oregon to obtain her Massage Therapy License and graduated in 2016. Lola began her journey in the healthcare field as a Chiropractic Assistant, soon after she practiced as a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist. Her basic massage modalities consist of deep tissue, myofascial release, pin and stretch, post isometric relaxation (PIR), craniosacral, prenatal, sports massage, trigger point as well as relaxation massage. Lola has the utmost respect for anyone who seeks proper care for their bodies because she is aware of how important it is for us all, knowing how she has healed in so many ways. Being a miracle child at birth, Lola chooses to live the most out of life that she was almost deprived of. Lola’s hobbies include hiking, realism drawing, areal yoga, dancing, modeling, reading, decorating, watching movies, shopping, time with friends, video games, paranormal, etc.… life.“I feel massage is important because it brings a more intimate form of healing both physically and mentally. It brings more in depth understanding about the human body that everyone should know about. We are with our bodies every day of our lives. Born to move and thrive! The least we could do us make sure we can enjoy it by bringing our bodies to its true potential!” “I love what I do...and I’m privileged to be a part of people’s evolutionary journey to reach their body goals!”

Kristin | TPC Licensed Massage Therapist
Kristin is a new team member joining the TPC crew in December of 2017. Kristin found a love of massage and chiropractic care at a young age. When Kristin was 15 her mother was in two bad car accidents. Eager to show off her newly leaned driving skills, she would drive her mother to and from her physical therapy appointments. Enthralled with what the PTs were doing, Kristin peppered them with questions about technique and application. Seeing her passion and curiosity, the PTs taught Kristin how to do massage to relieve spasm and pain, and encouraged her to use it on her mother between appointments. She learned that helping a person out of pain was a very rewarding feeling, and vowed to put into practice the talent she had been gifted.
Kristin is a single mom to two teenage boys, a beautiful dog, and four loving kitties.
Cinnamin | TPC FLEXfit Instructor
I love my clients. While I’m not at the office or out with clients, you can find me teaching barre (a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength), Zumba, or TPC's FlexFit program. I love snowboarding with my 21 year old son & playing tennis. Paddle-boarding is one thing I’d love to do more often. I currently reside in West Slope with my two bunnies (Murphy & Jackson) who are pretty cute and hilarious. I’m a very much a self starter and people person who’s also a bit sarcastic and silly. I am a huge fan of MLS soccer (season ticket holder), NBA, and football (NFL but college is my favorite). I am the oldest of three and have two younger brothers.
I also sell houses. While I specialize in working with first time buyers, short sales, investment properties, and relocations, I work with a diverse group of buyers and sellers.
Focusing on the individual needs and priorities of my clients allows me to tailor a real estate strategy with the highest possible outcome of success.
