Dr. Neil Mennell, D.C. | TPC Associate Doctor
Growing up as a child, Dr. Neil Mennell suffered from chronic headaches and migraines, ultimately leading to neurosurgery at the age of 19. After the surgery, he had no sensation in the back of his head, lost most of the motion in his neck, and continued suffering from headaches. Physical therapy restored some of his movement, but it was still significantly reduced, and the headaches and numbness continued.
Two years later, at the recommendation of a friend, Dr. Mennell went to see a chiropractor. He was astonished at the difference he experienced with the care. He began having fewer headaches and could move his neck more than he had been able to in two years. It was during that care that he was inspired to change his life path to help others through the power of chiropractic.
Dr. Mennell has helped countless people, including children, to find relief through chiropractic care – avoiding the years of struggle with pain and numbness he experienced.
His passion has lead Dr. Mennell to pursue additional training in pediatric chiropractic. He is certified in Webster Technique, trained in Torque Release Technique.
Outside of the office, Dr. Mennell enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons, working out, and playing on a paintball team.

Lily is originally from San Diego, California but has considered herself an Oregonian since she moved here in 2011. Growing up in a big family on a blueberry farm, chiropractic care has been a vital part of her life since age five—between dance, farm work, rock climbing, bee keeping, fencing, and other activities over the years, she has seen benefits as a chiropractic patient practically all her life. After graduating high school she moved to the Portland area from Central Oregon and has been loving it ever since, spending a few years in Portland’s roaring food service industry before finding an opportunity to help patients in an office setting. She is more excited than ever to fulfill a new role in a health-centered environment and connect others with the benefits of chiropractic care. Outside of the office, you’ll find her pinning and preserving insects, practicing electric guitar, or trying to learn a new bachata routine!
Olivia | Community Outreach Specialist
Olivia is an Oregon native who grew up in Eugene, Oregon. She moved away to pursue a degree in Public Relations at California State University, Chico and has recently moved back to Oregon, landing in the Portland area to enjoy some cooler weather and more time with family. With all these athletic activities, it is important to her to make her health a priority in her life. She is new to the Chiropractic world and is excited to break into it and share with the community all the benefits that it can provide. In Olivia’s free time, you can find her walking her dog, Ivy, reading a great book, or finding the best new restaurants in town.

Sarah | TPC Stretchologist
Sarah was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii where she grew up dancing hula, playing soccer and going to the beach on a daily basis. She moved to Oregon at the age of 15 and at the time was on a hip hop dance team shortly after moving here. Here in Oregon she discovered her passion for rock foraging and tumbling and beach combing. On her off time you can catch her doing either of those, weight lifting at the gym or relaxing with her cats, Indie and Sadie.
Growing up, Sarah also cared for her dad who was diagnosed with polio at the age of 3 and then broke both of his legs later on in life. Caring for her dad by doing his rehabilitative exercises with him, helping to relieve his pain and assist with daily tasks fostered her love for being present in a persons healing journey and improving their overall wellness!
