Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call our office at (503) 574-4872In the event that we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a detailed message. Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Appointments made within 24-hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.

Late Arrivals Policy 

It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time to check-in, complete any necessary forms, and begin on time. Please note, our therapists are not permitted to work past your scheduled appointment end time. As a courtesy to our patients and therapists, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy.
