Health & Happiness: Start 2018 with a Few Good Habits

Daily stress has slowly begun to rescind, unwanted presents have been returned, and there isn’t another office party on the calendar for months – the holidays are over and its time to focus on yourself. The New Year is the perfect time to leave bad habits behind and make sweeping changes to who we are now.
